Evil! (In a high pitched voice.)
I saw this head the other day in Don Quixote and thought it had to be photographed. It is actually even wider than in the picture but I couldn't get the necessary angle. Much like the evil lamp it appears normal from the side and it's true nature doesn't become apparent until one views it front on.

That was one of the prototypes considered for the design of Adam Shultz's head. Unfortunately this one didn't make it due to lack of fufaulter.
